This warehouse is situated within the Basalt Business Park in Wiri, being one of the two remaining buildings available whilst the other seven neighbouring warehouses have all been leased.
The warehouse is 12m to the top of the portal, increasing to over 13m in the centre, with a post-tensioned jointless floor. This enables up to 8,000 standard pallets to be stored. The two-level office overviews the main operations area.
Located in the popular industrial precinct of Wiri, home to a diverse range of users that take advantage of the close proximity to the inland ports on Wiri Station Road and immediate proximity to SH20 connecting transport routes East and West Auckland to North, and South via SH1.
