Euroclass has designed, developed, and delivered every project in the Stonehill Business Park. We have successfully transformed the former quarry into an industrial park many people now call home. A true result of great foresight and delivered promises through the design-build process. 33 buildings completed, works commenced in 2010.

For any genuine enquiry Euroclass will provide a design & build package including a bulk and location plan, artist’s impression, detailed specification and a fixed-price quotation ‘free of charge’. Prior to committing to any expenditure, we can provide a legally binding document outlining the total project cost through to completion and move in. As purchasing construction materials is a daily exercise for us, we are well versed in the likely costs and how to negotiate the most attractive rates. This is an important distinction between an organisation like Euroclass, which is actively involved in construction, and a consultant who may not be as motivated to explore the most cost-effective options.
Our ability to volume purchase construction materials across a number of projects drives down costs, producing savings that we can pass on to you.
